After watching the video that aired on Channel 13's website (KTNV video), we can clearly see the first page of the letter addressed to the Autumn Chase Homeowners Association's Executive Board. Below is what is written in the first page of that letter (thank you, Hi-Def TV!):

This letter is in follow up to an investigation by the Division concerning:
1. The Board has failed to have audits performed as required by NRS 116.31144.
2. The Board has failed to have reserve study performed as required by NRS 116.31152.
3. The Board has failed to hold elections as required by NRS 116.31034 and the Associations governing documents.
4. The Board has entered into and conducted financial related transactions that were not performed with the best interests of the Association in mind as required by fiduciary duty as a member of the Board NRS 116.3103 and were in fact performed for pecuniary gain in violation of NAC 116.405.
5. The Board has failed to provide financial statements as required by NRS 116.31142.
6. The Board has failed to provide annual budgets to unit owners as required by NRS..."
There is at least one more page that has yet to be shown, but we are sure that it lists more violations and informs the Board that they need to appear in front of the state's Real Estate Commission in August.
