The HOAX - by Rodney Gray
Independant film maker, Rodney Gray, has spent the last couple of years gathering information and footage for a documentary about Homeowner's Associations (HOA) in Nevada and Texas. His documentary, called The HOAX, brings to light how HOA's are no longer run by homeowners and how they are deeply seeded with corruption.

Most conventional house owner guidelines don't involve the following recognition but they can be included for an extra top quality.

I hope that website is an objective resource that upholds the values of why HOAs, COAs, and POAs were formed. Especially here in Nevada, homeowners are removed from the HOAs.
