Even though the ACHOA, the Bitsky's, and Mrs. Murphy deny that they are under investigation, the complaints filed against them have been moving forward. Because it's an open, current investigation, no information is available about the findings. However, we are keeping a close eye on the NRED's website for the case to show on the commission's agenda... We will keep you posted.
